Caribbean Mushroom Soup with Rice n’ Peas for 4 people, about 235g.
Ontario-grown mushrooms from farm to table.
Ingredients: Organic; Rice, Split peas, Oyster mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Thyme, Cayenne, Pepper, Allspice, Red peppers, Cinnamon, Ginger, Roasted chilli, Nutmeg, Citric acid.
What to do: Place pot on the burner. Add 5 cups of stock of choice, vegetable or chicken. Bring to a boil. Add a 14oz can of coconut milk and stir in the contents of the pouch. Bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 35 min until the rice and peas are cooked—season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Ingrédients: Biologique; Riz, Pois cassés, Pleurotes, Oignons, Ail, Thym, Cayenne, Poivre, Piment de la Jamaïque, Poivrons rouges, Cannelle, Gingembre, Piment rôti, Noix de muscade, Acide citrique.
Que faire: Placez la casserole sur le brûleur. Ajoutez 5 tasses de bouillon au choix, de légumes ou de poulet. Porter à ébullition. Ajoutez une boîte de 14 oz de lait de coco et incorporez le contenu du sachet. Porter à ébullition. Baissez le feu et laissez mijoter 35 minutes jusqu'à ce que le riz et les petit* pois soient cuits – assaisonnez de sel et de poivre. Apprécier!

Finally something different!
Croissants are probably the hardest to make with GF flour. The ones from BE though, turned out to be a pleasant surprise! They are not like a "real" croissant, texture-wise. But the generous use of butter, yeast, and really good flours made these a real treat! Highly recommended!
Note: double-check shipping cost when ordering, ours got too high through their ordering system, so they had to refund portion of it

I really don't know how you do it!! The banana bread is just so delicious, and it tastes exactly what i used to bake myself, before becoming wheat and gluten intolerant!
There is no difference.!! It must be so good with the addition of chocolate, but because of a soy intolerance, i can't try.
The butter tarts are still my fav though!!! They are addictive!
