If you did not know I do not drink coffee — well I will consume coffee if it is in ice cream form ( but I would consume pretty much anything if it is ice cream – let us be real here)
Most mornings start with a nice caffeine Dr. Pepper but I have been cutting out soda and have been trying more naturally approaches — I do like tea but since it is getting warmer I want a nice glass of water
I have been loving this new combination ( I added tons of fruit that boost energy – and tons of berries to add a bunch of sweetness ) — though it is not a jolt of energy like a can of soda I am noticing an energy increase without a horrible crash
I simply love the look of this drink and the flavor is incredible — many people ask me how many refills can you do with the same fruit – I would say 3 then the fruit will need to be replaced
I then replace the fruit — change it up a bit to see what other combinations I can make
What the ingredients do for you
Lemon( Lemon are natural energizers plus it kick starts that metabolism ) PLUS they are a natural ENERGY boost also Helps boost the digestive track
Cucumbers – Refreshing
Strawberries – Energy BOOSTER – Adds a wonderful flavor to the water
Orange – Helps your immune system and adds sweetness to the water – also natural ENERGY booster
Blueberries – Great for the immune system
Blackberries – Adds sweetness to the drink

Hi there, this looks really yummy and I want to try it out for my husband who is trying to cut back on pop but really needs the extra energy boost. Do you have any suggestions for making this in a larger batch? I know he wouldn’t mess around with making it but if it was something that was just pour and go it could be successful.
Thanks.Sara
You can easily increase it — I would try and add some green tea teabags – green tea has TONS of caffeine

Hi 🙂 I was just wondering if the fruit could be reused? I am a student on the go so if I finish the water but still have the fruit in the glass could I just refill it with cold water (while leaving the yummy fruit in) and still get the same effects?

Several nurse friends at work have been on the flavored water kick, figured I’d jump on the band wagon despite enjoying water “sin free” . I just made two large batches of this, but substituted a few things to items I had on hand. I used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, lemon, lime, and mandarines, and it was delicious! Can’t speak to the energy boost, but I drank two glasses pretty quickly

Love all of these drinks but I don’t use a straw. Not using a straw helps keep air out of belly.
