  2. You're allotted 7 days to pick up items from auction close date. Any item left beyond 7 days will be returned back to auction and forfeited after 7 Calendar days from close date.

When picking up at our location: WE ARE IN THE WAREHOUSE AT THE FAR END OF THE LOT. USE THE NORTH DOOR. THANK YOU.

Item conditions

1. Factory sealed: Sealed - Item has not been opened to verify or was previously sealed and we opened for photos. You may open and inspect before leaving the premises. May be returned for a full refund if within 48 hrs of picking up the item if it is damaged, does not work, or incomplete (hardware is excluded from refunds). There is no returning of an item won if more than 48 hrs has passed from the winning the item.

2. Appears New- May be returned for a full refundwithin 48 hrs of picking up the item if it is damaged, does not work or incomplete (missing hardware is excluded from refunds)

3. Open Box -May or may not function. Not fully tested or checked. We do our best to test what we can and describe as such. Please use the previewing scheduler. We do our best to describe the iem and note signs of use and any damage. Open box are not covered on the 48 hr warranty UNLESS we state it functions as it should in the description.

4. Damaged items- SOLD AS IS, no refunds!

Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.We will accept cash payments but must be exact invoice amount.

Payment onsiteisaccepted at this locationin the form of cash, certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.At the close of the auction the card on file will be processed.

If you fail to pick up your won items within 7 days from close of auction,you forfeit the items.All invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.If you feel you have won an item and you have not received an email or the invoice is not shown on your dashboard, contact the Equip-Bid office by 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction.

Refunds:Please note additional details for product condition. Use inspection times if are unsure. Our refund policy is…If listed as appears new or factory sealed and item is non functional, a refund will be processed. No other refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty.Open Box items are non-refundable. All refunds must be submitted 48 hours frompick up! Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with785 Deals,contact us at785.213.7575. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability:785 Dealsliability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
