Party season, wedding season, picnic season or holiday season whatever you call it, the demand for winter snacks, is always high. You can check these recipes too like paneer tikka, bread dhokla. In Kolkata, where we currently live in, there is no shortage of winter activities. One of the most the common things during this season is going to the zoo or picnics, and hosting house parties for friends and family.

It’s so simple to make, and requires basic ingredients that is always available at home, yet is so innovative and interesting. So if you have surprise guests at your house this Veg Soya Kebab recipe can be a very nice resort to awestruck your guests. Moreover, this recipe is as appropriate, as it is economic or pocket friendly to supply to large number of guests. Serve this with lehsun ki chutney or dhaniya ki chutney

I have added green peas and potato along with the soya bean making it ideally, in a basic snack recipe; if you like you may add carrots or paneer to make it more luxurious and heavy. But adding paneer will make it lactose vegetarian, not vegan. The method that I am showing you here is of Vegetarian Pan Kebab recipe, which you basically toast in your tawa or grill pan, with a brush of oil. If you are comfortable, you may grill it in the microwave.

You may also like our others recipes:

  • Suji pakora
  • bread idli
  • cheesy veg disc sandwich

Serve it hot, with a slightly crisp coating, to enjoy it at its best in cozy winter evenings. I won’t suggest ketchup to be a perfect condiment to go with it, instead try green raita for the authentic kebab feel. You can also sprinkle some tandoor masala or chaat masala to season it, and enhance its taste.

So try this amazing winter special snack at home, and share with me your feedback, suggestions, criticism or just tell me how it went. You can find this veg soya kebab recipe online video, on my Youtube channel, Mint Recipes.
