The Main Menu is the first actionable screen which players see upon opening Kenshi. Many buttons here are also available through hitting Esc while in game. I have noticed that when importing game, sometimes the buildings in existing town changes. The building structures remain the same, but what the building is (weapon shop, general shop, residential etc) changes. This mostly occurs in Blister Hill.
