  Really professional and caring urgent care. Icame inwith symptoms ofa sinus infection that had persisted for aweek and Iwas given nothing but smiles, professionalism, and concern for mysickness.

  I've never liked urgent cares, feeling like itwas just aworse version ofa primary care physician where the doctors tried torush you out quickly toget tothe next patient. But Itried Physicians Immediate Care and itwas great. Everyone was friendly and the doctor Ispoke with listened tomy c

  oncerns without rushing meout the door and answered any questions Ihad nomatter how simple they were.

  I received great care and will definitely come tothe Physicians Immediate Care inSchaumburg again next time I'm sick and can't get anappoint with myPCP.

  Horrible experience. Icame one day before for awalk-in and there was a3HOUR WAIT. SoI made an“appointment” for next day which came upto bea 3hour waittoo, just for aPhysical Exam. Avoid this location!

  I was disappointed. Iwas
  diagnosed with abronchitis virus Iwasn't given any medication totry tohelpit. Iasked for ainhaler refill because Iwas using italot because Isuffer from asthma and thought myasthma was actingup. Nothing was resolved. Waste ofmy time and money.

  It's nofun having togo tourgent care, especially while traveling, but the welcoming and friendly environment and the kibitzing doctor took the string out ofa stressful situation.

  I wish this could bea good review considering this facility isone ofthe closest for meand one that accepts myinsurance however, Iwaited for 2hours inthe waiting room then another 40min inthe office. Iwas diagnosed with aUTI and put onmedication. Ireceived acall two days later that Ineeded tobe ona different type ofmedication for the type ofUTI Ihave/the new medication was never called into mypharmacy giving way tothe bacteria tocontinue togrow. Finally Idid get onand finished the new meds but was still having painful symptoms. Called the PAat immediate care only tobe told Ineeded tocome inonce again, wait inthe waiting room (because they have noavailable appointments) Iwas also told they couldn’t get agood read ona new culture with in24— 36hours after finishing the medication. Sowhy exactly dothey want meto comein?
  I’m calling mydoctor first thing inthe morning, they were the ones who originally recommended Igo tothis facility. Iwill keep you posted asto what her response isto this complete debacle and complete disregard for myhealth and wellness.… – show

  Clean facility with nice people and you can wait inyourcar. Walk inwait takes areally long time especially with a2-year-old with anear infection but atleast they got him inunlike his pediatrician.

  First time Ivisited this clinic and was impressed bythe customer service displayed bythe staff. Lobby and the patients room were clean andDr. Gary Guerts was amazing. Would highly recommend this site.

  Doc was nice, but Ispent $50toget told tobuy otc meds and they aren’t helping mefeel any better. First time Iever visit the doc and don’t get prescribed something tohelp mego towork and not feel like myhead weighs 509lbs while shivering cold. Just covid and strep test and “go buy some Aleve”.

  Staffs were kind and doctor was very caring. Although, itwill bemuch better ifthey have more than one provider doctor working. Iwent toone location near bymy home and wait was2.5hrs. SoI had tocome tothis location which Iam glad tomeet such agood doctor. Itis not apleasant experience towait along time when you are not well.
