It was a pleasure to host the Rewards & Employee Benefits Masterclass in London on Tuesday afternoon. A great turn out from the HR community - it was so good to see people enjoying being back to in-person events and getting so much value from listening to our expert speakers and networking with each other. Our speakers - Beth Daniel from Peppy, Gabriella Pistol from YuLife, Stephanie Leung from KareHero and Venetia Leigh from Vivup presented and hosted roundtable discussions solving challenges faced by many in the industry, including:- How to craft reward programs that employees truly value and love (and use)- Why a strong EVP is no longer nice to have - it's a must have- Why age matters in the future of the workforce- The importance of providing multi-generational support to your workforceThanks to all of them, and to Gregg Hall, who shared his experiences of implementing financial wellbeing programs and other supporting benefits. Such a fantastic morning at the GoodHabitz Learning & Development Masterclass yesterday. Thank you to the speakers - Alice Svoboda, Matthew Phelan and Zii N., who shared fascinating insights into Learning in The Flow of Life, How to Use Employee Happiness Data to Positively Impact the Careers of Your People and Skills For Life, The Jobs For Tomorrow, A Burberry Story. It was a pleasure to host the Masterclassing HR Experts Panel dinner last night, in partnership with Leapsome.Catherine Donaghy led an insightful fireside chat with Michelle Norwood, CPTD, discussing a range of topics around what makes effective managers, including how to empower managers, managing different generations in the workplace and managing in a hybrid set-up. Roundtable discussions were then held over a 3-course dinner at the wonderful Fredericks Restaurant, facilitated by Catherine and Michelle, as well as Ankit Saigal, Jaime Española and Daniel Brown. Thank you to everyone who spent the evening with us. Looking forward to the next one!

A great morning hosting the Employee Engagement Masterclass yesterday.
